Enigma University

A video first learning platform built around a five module curriculum on quantum threats, post quantum cryptography and AI driven security. Membership is tiered rather than transactional: there is no checkout inside the product, and access follows the member's Enigma membership, granted by an admin.

Three Member Tiers

• Insight (free) Modules 1 to 4 open, Module 5 locked
• Mastery (paid) All five modules plus a premium downloadable resources area
• Sovereign (partner) A custom branded shell with partner only modules

Access is enforced per video rather than per module, so a module can read as open while individual videos inside it stay locked. Locked content is deliberately shown, greyed out with a lock icon, and clicking it opens an upgrade prompt that links out to the main Enigma site.

The Video Engine

• Custom AWS S3 player 0.5× to 2× playback speed, captions, fullscreen and chapter markers for longer videos
• Interactive transcript Scrolls in sync with playback, click any line to seek, searchable by keyword
• Watch tracking One measurement drives the progress bars, "continue watching" resume, the 90% auto complete and the admin analytics
• Dynamic PDF certificates Generated per completed module with the member's name and date

Admin Backend

• Analytics Registered users by tier, completion rates per module, most and least watched videos, an activity timeline and certificate download counts
• User management Searchable data table, manual tier changes, CSV bulk add and CSV export
• CMS Video upload, metadata and transcripts, tier assignment per video, drag and drop module ordering, PDF attachments and a publish toggle

Full Stack Developer

Built the platform against a locked, signed off Figma design:

• Video Infrastructure The AWS S3 pipeline covering upload, transcode, CDN delivery and secured URLs, behind a custom player rather than an embed, which is what makes accurate watch tracking possible
• Transcript & Progress The synced interactive transcript, and the watch tracking that powers progress, continue watching and 90% auto complete
• Auth & Tiers Clerk authentication with sign up, login and forgot password flows, plus tier based routing into the three dashboards
• Access Control Tier gating per video with locked states and upgrade prompts
• Certificates Dynamic PDF generation for completed modules
• Admin The analytics dashboard, user and tier management with CSV bulk actions, and the CMS
