Tudo Núm, "tudo num só lugar" or everything in one place, is a super app that unifies 26+ lifestyle, commerce and mobility services across several countries under a single account. Its defining idea is dual identity: the same profile that books a ride can also sell meals, rent out a scooter or take freelance work, so every user is a potential earner.

• Multi Service Provider Profiles One verified account can be licensed across several categories, each toggled on independently with its own availability calendar and rating badge
• AI Availability Engine Blocks conflicting slots automatically, so a provider booked in one category never surfaces as available in another
• Tudo Wallet A unified ledger for customer payments, provider earnings and affiliate commissions, with balances per vertical and cross spending between them
• Ten Level Affiliate Tree Lifetime commissions from L10 up to L1, paid on a referral's earnings, spending or subscriptions, plus override commission down the network
• EU & GCC Invoicing Region aware invoices carrying VAT breakdown, provider ID and timestamp, each with a scannable QR code that verifies authenticity and compliance status
• Admin & Accounts KYC approval, payout thresholds, VAT and Tax ID mapping, fraud holds and tax reporting per country

Backend Lead

I lead the backend architecture behind the platform:

• Architecture Modular Django services covering accounts, affiliates, professional services, food delivery, grocery and more, on PostgreSQL with a shared database design
• Wallet & Payments Multi gateway integration (Stripe Connect, Amwal Pay, internal wallet) with multi currency payouts, a double entry ledger, idempotent transactions and signed webhook verification
• Compliance Invoicing and payout flows carrying the VAT and Tax ID data the EU and GCC formats require
• Auth & OTP Multi channel OTP routing across SMS, WhatsApp via the Meta Business API and email, with provider failover per country and replay protection
• Territories & RBAC A five tier franchise hierarchy with scoped role based access over PostGIS geospatial territories
• Async Celery pipelines for notifications, analytics and payment side effects
• Admin Platform The React.js admin covering franchise management, analytics dashboards and approval workflows
